Before we kick off, take some time to go through this worksheet. Think of it as space for you, not a tick box exercise. This is about pressing pause, getting clear on what matters, and deciding what you want to walk away with from this sprint.
 
It doesn’t need to be perfect or final. It’s just a starting point we can build on together. The more honest you are with yourself now, the more powerful the next six weeks will be.

WHATSAPP ACCOUNTABILITY GROUP

You’ll get the link to join the private WhatsApp group during our first call.

I’ll be checking in regularly, sharing prompts, and keeping you focused.

The real power comes from the group itself. When you share progress, own your wins, and speak up when you need support, you maintain momentum, not just for yourself, but for everyone.

This is about building strength together, not going it alone.

WEEKLY CALL LOGISTICS

  • You’ll receive a meeting invite by email for the 6 weeks. I’ll also share the link in the WhatsApp group.
  • Be in a private space where you can talk openly, with your webcam on and your phone on Do Not Disturb.
  • Be on time so we can start promptly and make the most of the session.

These calls are more than a slot in your calendar, they’re a line in the sand. When you treat them as non-negotiable, you’re practising the same discipline you’ll need everywhere else in life.

SPRINT TIMELINE

You’ll get clear on the goal you’re committing to using the Pre-sprint guide to help you reflect on what goal you want to prioritise.

It could be anything from exercising regularly, improving your sleep, getting back into a hobby, or taking a break from alcohol.

Something you’ve been putting off or struggling to stick to.

You will get clear on WHY it’s important to you, WHAT specific actions are needed and HOW you’re going to make it happen. 

We kick off with a 90-minute group coaching call. Together, we will cover

  • Strategies to make each goal practical and sustainable in your daily life.
  • Exploring ways to stay consistent and keep your habits a priority.
  • Discuss any roadblocks you might face and brainstorm solutions together.
  • Finding ways to protect your time and communicate what you need to stay on track.

A private WhatsApp accountability group where I will check in with you with prompts and light support in between calls​ to ensure you stay in momentum.

Weekly 60-minute group coaching call to stay on track and help you overcome any obstacles.

  • Reflect on progress so far: What’s working well? What’s been challenging?
  • Discuss practical ways to overcome any setbacks.
  • Share and acknowledge the wins with the group.

The Finish Line … for the sprint, but not your goals.

In this final call, we’ll review your progress, share insights, and make any last adjustments to set you up for lasting success. I’ll coach you through any remaining challenges, focusing on solidifying what you’ve built.

  • Share the wins, lessons learned, and personal breakthroughs.
  • I’ll provide coaching to tackle any lingering challenges or adjustments.
  • Focus on reinforcing what’s worked so far and applying it consistently.
  • Continue to support each other and keep the momentum alive, drawing on the group as a resource moving forward.

Ground Rules & EXPECTATIONS

What happens in the group stays in the group. Everything must be kept confidential.

Respect yourself and others. Their feelings, perspectives and stories.

Take full responsibility for where you are right now.

Radical honesty is how you start removing the obstacles and excuses that are holding you back.

I may challenge your thinking and point out your blind spots.

This is about helping you get out of your own way because I want the best for you and to get the most out of the sprint.
