Skills make a better employee. This makes a better man. And when a man is clear, structured, and leading himself, he shows up better everywhere. At work, at home, and for the people around him.
Most professional development programmes make people better at their job. The Reboot Sprint does something different. It gives men the structure, accountability, and space to take control of their own lives, not just their work.
That might sound like a personal thing. It is. But it doesn’t stay personal. When a man gets clear on who he is and what he needs, when he starts keeping the promises he makes to himself, when he builds a rhythm that works for him, that version of him walks into work every day.
More focused. More consistent. More present.
Not because you told him to be, because he chose to be.
This is for businesses that see their people as whole human beings, not just headcount. Leaders who want their men to thrive, not just perform. If that’s you, this was built with you in mind.
The Reboot Sprint is a six-week group accountability programme run exclusively for the men in your business. Each man chooses one goal that genuinely matters to him — something he’s been putting off or wants to build on, whether that’s getting consistent with exercise, improving his sleep, creating more headspace, or simply making time for himself again.
Over six weeks they work on it together. Weekly group coaching calls on MS Teams. A private WhatsApp accountability group running daily throughout. Carl in their corner the whole way.
The group format is the key. Men show up differently when they’re accountable to each other, not just to themselves.
your business only.
Men per Sprint

Most wellbeing programmes are built for everyone. Which means they’re often built for no one in particular — and men, who are already the least likely to engage with anything that feels like talking about their feelings, quietly opt out.
The Reboot Sprint is built around how men actually operate. The group dynamic works because every man in the room is carrying the same weight. Same pressures. Same tendency to push through. Same reluctance to admit they’ve been running on empty.
That shared context creates something rare — honesty without performance.Men stop posturing and start talking about what’s actually going on. The guilt of taking time for themselves. The gap between how capable they look from the outside and how flat they feel on the inside. The habit of saying yes to everyone else while quietly letting themselves down.
That’s what makes it work. And it’s why a generic programme won’t get you the same result.
PRE-SPRINT PREPARATION
Before week one each man gets clear on his goal using Carl’s pre-sprint guide with a short video and worksheet that gets him thinking about what he wants to commit to and why it actually matters. Carl reviews every man’s goals and ideal week before the kickoff call.
KICKOFF CALL — 90 MINUTES ON MS TEAMS
The group comes together, aligns on goals, maps out the week ahead, and commits to each other. Momentum starts here.
WEEKLY GROUP CALLS — 60 MINUTES ON MS TEAMS
Progress, obstacles, wins. Carl coaches through the blocks and keeps everyone honest. Each week builds on the last — from goal clarity through to sustainability, identity, and what comes next.
WHATSAPP ACCOUNTABILITY GROUP
Check-ins, prompts, and peer support between calls. The group keeps the momentum alive between sessions.
FINISH LINE CALL
Progress reviewed, wins acknowledged, and what’s been built locked in. This is the finish line for the sprint, not for the habits.
You don’t need to manufacture engagement, consistency, or presence in your business. You just need to give your men the space to find it for themselves.
Here’s what that looks like in practice.
Men who know what they want and how to protect it bring sharper thinking to everything they do. Less noise. More direction.
The sprint is built around keeping promises to yourself. That muscle — once built — shows up in how they work, not just how they live.
Men who lead themselves don’t wait to be managed. They show up, follow through, and take responsibility. That’s contagious in a team.
A man who’s looking after himself brings something different into the workplace. You’ll notice it. So will everyone else.
Investing in your men as people builds the kind of trust that keeps the best ones around. They’ll remember you backed them when it mattered.
Businesses that care about their people as whole human beings attract better talent and keep it. This is one of the clearest ways to show you mean it.
Is this a mental health programme?
No, and that distinction matters.
The sprint is action-focused and goal-driven. Nobody’s asked to talk about their feelings or dig into anything heavy. Men set a goal, commit to it in front of a group, and get on with it. The positive effect on how they feel is a by-product of doing the work, not the point of it.
How much time will it take?
One hour per week for the group call on MS Teams. A few minutes daily for the WhatsApp check-in. Everything else — the work on the goal itself — fits around each man’s normal week.
Is it confidential?
Fully. Carl confirms attendance only. Everything discussed in the group stays in the group. That’s a founding principle of how the sprint runs — and it’s what allows men to engage honestly.
How many men can join?
To get the most value for money but also for the group each sprint should be between 6 – 12 men exclusively from your business.
How do we introduce this to our men in our business?
Carl provides a ready-made internal comms template — a short email you can send to your men that introduces the programme in a way that lands. You won’t need to pitch it yourself.
Does this work alongside other wellbeing or L&D initiatives we already have?
Yes. Most investment in this space focuses on professional skills or crisis support. The Reboot Sprint fills the gap in between — helping men lead themselves, which makes everything else work better. It’s a complement to what you’re already doing, not a replacement for it.
Men’s Coach & Founder
The Rebooted Man
Carl spent over 25 years in corporate IT before becoming a coach. He’s sat in the same kind of meetings, delivered under the same kind of pressure, and worn the same kind of mask that says everything’s fine when it isn’t.
He eventually burned out. Not dramatically — just the slow kind, where you keep going until one day you realise you can’t remember the last time you felt like yourself. That forced him to stop, take stock, and rebuild from the ground up.
What he found wasn’t a breakthrough moment or a life-changing book. It was small daily commitments, proper structure, and the right people around him. That combination changed everything. And it’s the backbone of everything he does now.
Carl brings that lived experience to every sprint. He’s been exactly where your men are. That’s what makes the difference.
