Two weeks to stop thinking about it and start taking action. We pick the one thing that matters, make a plan, and I'm with you while you get it moving.
You probably don’t need to fix everything.
You might just need to work out what’s really getting in the way, which thing matters most, and what would actually move the needle over the next couple of weeks.
Maybe it’s a decision you’ve been avoiding. Maybe it’s work taking over. Maybe you’re feeling stuck, lonely, frustrated with yourself, or just completely unclear on where to start.
We’ll get it all out, work out what the real obstacle is, and narrow the focus.
Because if we can remove one obstacle, make one important decision, or get some serious movement in one area, that can have a much bigger impact than trying to sort your whole life out at once.
You don’t need to have it all worked out. It might be something like this.
We start with what’s taking up space in your head. You don’t need to make it tidy before you arrive. Together we’ll:
I won’t tell you how to live your life, and I won’t just agree with everything you say. You get a neutral outside view, questions that help you think clearly, and a challenge where it’s useful.
I turn our conversation into a practical two-week plan and share it with you in a simple tracker. It includes:
You’ll have the chance to check it reflects what we agreed before you start.
You’ll have access to me on WhatsApp while you put the plan into practice. Use it to:
I’ll also check in with you, so you’re never left wondering whether to get in touch. It’s light-touch support to help you follow through, not open-ended coaching.
At the end of the two weeks, we look back at:
It’s a proper close, not a sales call and not the start of another cycle. If there’s more you want support with, we can talk about that separately, with no pressure.
By the end of The Reset, you should have:
If a few big things come up, we won’t try to solve them all at once. We’ll pick the one that matters most right now.
The Reset includes:
There’s no discovery call and no long-term commitment. Choose a time, pay when you book, and come with whatever’s taking up too much space in your head.
Do I need to know exactly what I want to work on?
No. You only need to know that something feels stuck, noisy or unresolved. You can bring several things, and we’ll work out together which one needs attention first.
Is this coaching?
It draws on coaching, mentoring, questioning, problem-solving and honest outside perspective. The format is deliberately more focused and practical than an open-ended coaching arrangement.
Will you tell me what to do?
No. I’ll help you think clearly, notice what might be getting in your way, challenge you when it’s useful and build a plan with you. The decisions stay yours.
Can we cover more than one issue?
We can talk through everything that feels connected, but the aim is to identify one main focus and one achievable two-week outcome. Trying to solve everything at once is usually part of the problem.
What happens during the WhatsApp support?
You can share progress, ask for help when you hit an obstacle and use me as a sounding board while you follow the plan. The support is light-touch rather than daily or unlimited coaching. Exact response times and contact boundaries will be confirmed when you book.
What happens after the two weeks?
We finish with a 30-minute debrief call to review what worked, what didn’t and what you learned. The Reset is complete after that call. If you’d like more support, we can talk about it separately, with no pressure.
What if I realise I need a different kind of help?
If it becomes clear the issue sits outside what The Reset can help with, I’ll say so. Where it makes sense, I might suggest you speak to a therapist, doctor or another qualified professional.
